Campaign Reporting

When a campaign is finished, you can access an automated Campaign Report.

The report is 2-3 pages long and consists of the following sections:

1. Participation Rate

The First section of the report covers some basic KPIs:

  • Number of Invited Players
  • Total Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) from the Participating Players during the Campaign period. Only gameplay on the eligible games of the campaign is included in this calculation.
  • Total Estimated Cost of all prizes paid out in the Campaign

2. Campaign Activity

The campaign activity graph shows the player funnel of all invited players, based on the following:

  • Played an eligible game (how many of the invited players played any of the eligible games during the campaign period)
  • Opted in (how many players opted in to the campaign)
  • Participated (how many players participated in the campaign, i.e. got some kind of progress, score, points, made a qualifying bet, or similar.)
  • Won a prize (how many players won at least one prize in the campaign)

3. Campaign Turnover

This graph shows the daily or weekly split turnover on the eligible games, split between players who participated in the Campaign vs. invited players who did not participate.

4. Campaign Statistics

for Participating players on eligible games
This section shows some key KPIs for Participating Players on eligible games during the campaign period.

The metrics used are:
  • Average Turnover (wagering) per player
  • Average Number of Spins per player
  • Average Bet Size per spin per player
  • Average Total Deposit amount per player
  • Average Revenue (GGR) per player
  • Average estimated cost of total prizes, per participating player

5. Rules and Prizes

This section shows a simple breakdown of the campaign setup, and the prizes involved. Depending on which campaign type, this section and the information provided will differ.

Here's a Mission campaign, for example:

6. Additional Statistics

This section is also campaign-type specific, meaning that the information will depend on the type of campaign. Again, here is a Mission campaign for example.

The report shows you:
  • Average number of spins to complete the entire mission campaign
  • Number of players who completed the whole campaign
  • Average number of spins to complete each task
  • Average number of spins to complete each mission
  • Number of players completing each task
  • Number of players completing each mission

This data can help you to spot when certain missions or tasks are too easy or difficult to complete, to help you optimize your campaign settings going forward.

7. Game Statistics

The last section shows the top 10 most played games during the campaign. It's only based on gameplay from the participating players, looking at the eligible games for the specific campaign.

Additional info

How is the Campaign Cost calculated?

The Cost of a Campaign is an estimated total value of all prizes paid out in a campaign.

Some things to note about these estimations are:
  • Cash payouts count as 100% of the amount credited.
  • For example, a €10 Cash Prize credited will show a cost of €10.
  • Bonus payouts count as 100% of the amount credited.
  • For example, a €10 Bonus Prize credited will show a cost of €10.
  • Free Spin payouts count as the number of Free Spins given multiplied by the estimated Value of each spin. We used fixed calculation examples to calculate the estimated cost of Free Spins.
  • Minimum bet Free Spins are calculated at €0.20 per Free Spin - regardless of the actual Free Spin value.
  • For example, 10 Free Spins will therefore show a cost of €2.
  • Wagering requirements, converted bonuses, or whether prizes are used or expired are not taken into account. The estimated cost is purely based on the value of the credited rewards.
  • The cost for a Catalog Item is determined by the inserted value by you as a user when creating the Catalog Item Prize. More about this is in the  Catalog Item  section.
