As a partner integrated with Unibo via the IGP platform, most of the work is already done between Unibo and IGP to ensure a seamless integration and operation for you.
Below is a list of additional configurations to be done on your end to optimize the use of the product.
Bonus Code Configuration
When creating certain prizes in Unibo you are asked to enter a Bonus Code. The Bonus Code refers to the BONUS ID IGP Bonus to which you want the prize to be paid. Due to the nature of the IGP Bonuses, you will be asked to enter one bonus code per currency. You will be asked to enter a Bonus Code when creating any of the following prizes:
Bonus
Cash
Free Spins
Only when the winnings should be paid out as Bonus Money
Deposit Bonus

Saving your default Bonus Codes
To save time during campaign creation and avoid having to manually enter the bonus code for every prize you create, you can save your default Bonus Codes in the back office. This way, your default codes will be pre-filled every time you create a prize. You can save default bonus codes for Bonus Prizes and Free Spins. This is recommended when you reuse the same bonus codes for most of your prizes. The default Bonus Codes, for each prize type and currency, can be saved on your Currency Settings page. You access this from the back office (Menu → Settings → Currencies)

Bonus Codes for Bonus Prizes
Unibo allows you to reward players with specific Bonus amounts. This is done through the Bonus prize type. The actual amount you want to award is decided when you create the prize in Unibo, and you must select a corresponding Bonus Code on your end capable of paying out this amount.
Here's an example of a Bonus Prize bonus setup:

Match deposit up to: Must be higher than the amount you are trying to give
Match deposit with percentage: Should be set to 100
Max deposit: Must be higher than the amount you are trying to give
Bonus Codes for Cash Prizes
Unibo allows you to reward players with specific Cash amounts. Cash is by Unibo's definition any amount given without wagering requirements.
Given that IGP does not support real-money payouts via API, you need to do this through a Bonus code, however, you use the Zero Out Threshold to ensure that the bonus is instantly turned into real money.
Example:
Bonus Given: 100
Zero Out Threshold: 10000000
As the zero-out threshold exceeds the amount given, the bonus is immediately turned into Real Money upon activation.
The Bonus Codes for your Cash Prizes must be saved on your Currency Settings page and will be used for all your Cash Prize Payouts.

Configuring Tags for Player Selections
In the IGP platform, you can assign tags on player accounts. This can be done either manually from the player account or automatically based on certain triggers from Customer io.
The tags of each player are sent with the Player Information from IGP to Unibo, allowing you to use the tags when creating the player selection for your campaigns. You can choose to include or exclude players with specific tags in your player selection.
For example, you may want to include players with tags:
Depositor
Low-value
Medium-value
And exclude players with tags:
High-value
BonusAbuser
How do I create a player selection based on tags?
When selecting players in Step 3 (Manage Players) of the campaign creation, select Customize and then create a filter with the tags you want to include or exclude.
For example, your selection could look like this:

You have now included all players with the tags active or VIP, and excluded players with the tag FreeSpinsAbuser.
