What's New

Stay in the loop with all the latest product updates, improvements, and feature releases. This page is your go-to source for what’s new, what’s improved, and what’s coming next. We’ll keep it short, clear, and focused—so you can quickly see what’s changed and how it helps you work better.

Prize Drop - Limit Prizes Per Player

You can now limit how many prizes each player can win in a Prize Drop campaign.

How It Works:

  • Enable the “Limit prizes per player” checkbox.
  • Set a cap on the number of prizes (e.g., 2 per player).
  • Ensures fairer prize distribution and broader player engagement.

Ideal For:

  • Running fair, high-engagement campaigns
  • Distribute rewards more evenly across your player base
This setting is optional and disabled by default.

Enhanced Campaign Exporting

We’ve improved the campaign export feature in the campaign view to include more detailed and real-time information.
  • When you export campaigns, you’ll now receive a report containing all active and finished campaigns based on your current filters.
  • For active campaigns, the export will also include real-time data at the moment of export.
  • Please note: the report will only include campaign data starting from June 10th onwards.
All fields in the campaign report can be found here:  Manage Campaigns

Webhooks for Payouts, Opt-Ins & Opt-Outs

We’ve added new webhook support to help you stay in sync with key events in real-time. You can now receive webhook notifications for:
  • Payouts – get notified when a payout is created, fails, or succeeds.
  • Opt-ins – track when players opt in
  • Opt-outs – track when players opt out
These webhooks make it easier to align your own data with Unibos and respond faster to important user actions. More information can be found here:  Webhook Integration Guide
Please contact your account manager if you would like this feature enabled.

Login Issue Fixed: Case Sensitivity

We’ve fixed an issue where the login system was case sensitive, which caused some users to be locked out if they entered their email with different capitalization.
Logins are now case-insensitive, so you can sign in without worrying about letter case.
