Our integration process is designed to be straightforward and adaptable to your platform's needs. The process begins with a kickoff meeting and concludes with a takeoff checklist, ensuring that Unibo is fully operational for all your players. Throughout the integration, we will conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and address any obstacles to a successful Unibo launch.
Following the completion of the commercial agreement, we will schedule an Enablement Kickoff meeting. During this meeting, we will address the following key questions:
- What are the gaps between the currently available APIs and/or Data Feeds and the requirements of Unibo?
- What modifications are necessary to establish the four integration channels?
- Who will be responsible for each task?
- What is the schedule for regular check-ins, and how frequently will we meet to review progress?
The majority of the enabling work will be carried out by the Unibo team. However, if any required changes to APIs or Data Feeds are identified during the kickoff meeting, these may need to be implemented or updated by your platform team. We will hold regular check-ins to review progress and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
Once the four integration channels are implemented and the data has been verified, the Unibo team will perform a final "Takeoff Checklist." This ensures that all components of the product function as expected prior to launching the first campaigns.
