Manage Campaigns

The Manage Campaign section is your go-to section to see an overview of all of the campaigns.

At the top, there is a summary of your active campaigns and a button to create a new campaign. "Show more" will provide a detailed summary of the number of campaigns for your brand, split per campaign type.

Under this, you will find the full Campaign Overview. The list is sorted by ‘creation date’ by default. Further filtering is available based on Campaign Status, Creator, Type, or simply free text search on Campaign Name or CampaignID.

  • Campaign ID - The ID of the Campaign is automatically generated when creating the campaign. Depending on the Campaign type, the IDs start with MS (Missions), TM (Tournament), JP (Jackpot), PD (Prize Drop), and RC (Race).
  • Campaign Name - This is the name of the campaign chosen by the campaign creator during creation.
  • Status - The various statuses a campaign can have are Draft, Scheduled, Active, Cancelled, and Finished
  • Creator - Shows which User created the Campaign.
  • Type - Shows the Campaign Type.
  • Start and End - Shows the start and end date of the campaign. Just like all the dates and times shown in the Unibo Back Office, the Campaign Start and End times are displayed in UTC.
  • Payouts - This shows the number of Payouts that have been made in the Campaign, and is updated in real-time.
  • Costs - This shows an estimated cost of the campaign. This will sum up all of the payouts in the Campaign. Some things to note in these estimations are:
  • Cash payouts count as 100% of the amount credited.
  • For example, a €10 Cash Prize credited will show a cost of €10.
  • Bonus payouts count as 100% of the amount credited.
  • For example, a €10 Bonus Prize credited will show a cost of €10.
  • Free Spin payouts count as the number of Free Spins given multiplied by the estimated Value of each spin. We used fixed calculation examples to calculate the estimated cost of Free Spins.
  • Minimum bet Free Spins are calculated at €0.20 per Free Spin - regardless of the actual Free Spin value.
  • For example, 10 Free Spins will therefore show a cost of €2.
  • Wagering requirements, converted bonuses, or whether prizes are used or expired are not taken into account. The estimated cost is purely based on the credited rewards.
  • The cost for a Catalog Item is determined by the inserted value by you as a user when creating the Catalog Item Prize. More about this is in the  Catalog Item  section.
